Consuming Shincha tea: Infuse approximately 2-3 g of tea (one teaspoon) in 200 ml of water at approximately 75 °C for 1 minute. It is possible to infuse a second time in slightly warmer water (approximately 80 °C) and only 30 seconds will be sufficient. This tea can also be infused in cool water for several hours for an incredibly smooth result.
